In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Wow! I have not had luck with other big chain florists. They NEVER look like the picture. These were even better than the pic and the recipient loved them. If I need flowers delivered in the Baltimore area, I will most certainly use Flowers Extraordinaire!

Ordered the yellow smiley face ceramic flowers for my granddaughter. I had a problem with something in my order and once I contacted the florist they were able to correct the issue. My granddaughter sent me a picture since she’s in Maryland and I live in another state. The arrangement was beautiful and flowers looked very fresh. Very happy with my purchase and will order flowers from this shop again.
